Welcome to shop Footmender via our e-commerce. We want it to be as easy and convenient as possible to buy Footmender. Here we have collected all information regarding purchase, payment, deliveries and returns. If you need more help or have questions, our customer service is available via the contact form.
How to shop
Here’s a brief description of the steps you go through when shopping: Select the number of packages of Footmender you are interested in buying and click the order button. You are now moving to the payment page. On the payment page, select the payment method and follow the instructions given on the chosen payment method. When done, press the order button to finish your purchase. The box for purchase terms will also need to be ticked in. After the purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation that your order has been made via the email address you entered in the order. Please check that everything is correct. Please note that the confirmation shows that we received your order but not that it was handled and dispatched. Deliveries are made with with APC.
The price of Footmender is quoted in GBP and is inclusive of VAT.
You must be 18 years or older to shop on Footmenders e-commerce.
You always have 14 days of withdrawal and this applies to unbroken packaging of the product. See the returns section for more information about replacements and returns.
When ordering Footmender, all personal information is handled in a correct, secure and controlled manner so that your information can not be read by unauthorized persons. When you place your order with us, you must provide your personal information such as name, address, phone number and e-mail address. In cases where you choose to pay via invoice, you must also enter your social security number.
In connection with your registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in order to fulfill transportation, payment and billing according to our data protection policy. Your personal information must be forwarded to our payment broker DIBS, our invoice partner Klarna and our logistics partner in order to fulfill their commitments. You are entitled to get a copy of the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may request that the information be corrected. You are always entitled to request that information about you be deleted without any special reason. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the personal information provided on purchase is used only to administer your purchase. Your personal information will never be disclosed to third parties.
Shopping on Footmenders e-commerce is simple and secure. You can always find a payment method that suits you. You can choose to pay by card or invoice. Learn more about the different payment options below.
We cooperate with DIBS for handling card payments. DIBS is PCI certified and meets banks and card issuers’ high security requirements. The security requirements are very high and DIBS systems have been built in accordance with the banks’ requirements. This means that you can be sure that you are connected to the DIBS server, and that none other than DIBS can see your information. In communication with banks, DIBS uses the security systems that banks use.
You can choose to pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro or Visa Electron. No extra charge is charged on card payment.
You can choose to pay against invoice. Then you receive your order from Footmender before you pay. We collaborate with Klarna who manages our invoices. The invoice is sent to the e-mail address you used when you placed the order. The invoice must be paid within 14 days of the order date. If payment is not received within this time three reminders are sent to you before your invoice is passed to a credit service for collection at which point an external fee for processing will be added. For your own safety, purchase with invoice is only delivered to your national postal address.
If a return is made, Klarna should be contacted to avoid reminders being sent out. Please note that your invoice must be paid even if your delivery is subject to complaint. When the complaint is processed, refund will be made. If you have questions about your invoice, want to cancel the invoice due to a return or temporary change of invoice expiration date, you can do it via Klarna’s webpage www.klarna.com/uk/customer-service. When using Klarna as payment method, your national postal address will automatically be updated and can not be changed. Never accept a purchase with the wrong address. When placing a Footmender order, no shipping is charged, the item is delivered to you at no cost. No matter how many packs of Footmender you buy, it’s completely free of shipping charge.
Delivery time is usually 1-3 weekdays. Orders received before 13:00 are normally sent the same day. There are remote locations that do not have daily service, this may lead to longer delivery times. Mode of delivery
Your package is sent with APC to your mailbox. You cannot select or change the delivery point. Be careful when ordering and enter the correct address and zip code. When ordering with Klarna as payment method, your national postal address will be automatically displayed. This can not be changed. Never accept a purchase with the wrong address. The address is retrieved from Klarnas register and if the address is incorrect, you should contact Klarna at email@example.com or phone Klarna’s customer service at +44 (0)20 300 508 33. 33. In that case, they will update their address book and it will change directly on the purchase page.
Events such as war, natural disaster, strike, governmental decision or other events beyond Footmender’s control, which could not reasonably be foreseen, should be attributed to Force Majeure, which means that Footmender is exempted from the obligation to fulfill entered agreements.
You have 14 days right to withdraw your purchase from when you receive your order. When returning a product, the seal on the transport box must not be broken.
Return to stock
You stand for the cost of the return. Footmenders outer box must be undamaged and no sticker labels or tape may be placed directly on the package. Customer service should be contacted before a return, and you must indicate reason for return. Click here to contact customer service. Upon return, a refund is made to the same card or bank account as the original payment was made from. We shall, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, pay back what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date we received the item.
If your payment method is a Klarna invoice, you should not pay your invoice. You should contact Klarna and inform that you returned your goods to avoid invoice reminders and/or that your invoice is passed to a credit service. Footmender is responsible for the delivery of goods that are delivered in a defective condition. Should Footmender be faulty or incorrect when it arrives at you, please contact our Customer service before returning the product. Click here to contact customer service. Defective, faulty or incorrect goods shall be notified within a reasonable time of the discovery of the damage. Any damage should be noted when Footmender comes in your mailbox or at extradition. Defective, faulty or incorrect goods is treated the same way as other complaints. In case of a valid complaint, a refund will be made and any shipping charges associated with the purchase will be refunded. Please attach a picture. Footmender complies with the Distance Trade Act.
